I look at how work moves through your business, identify the manual, repetitive and error-prone steps, and replace them with automation, integrations or custom software. The output is both a plan and working systems, not just a report.

Often just automation. Moving data between systems, sending reminders or generating documents rarely needs AI. I recommend AI only where it clearly helps, such as answering questions from your documents or sorting unstructured requests.

Common examples are lead capture and follow-up, quotations and invoices, payment reminders, reporting, copying data between spreadsheets and systems, appointment handling and answering repeat customer questions.

Usually, yes. If a tool has an API, webhooks or a reliable export, it can be connected. Where it cannot, I will tell you and suggest alternatives.
