Maliban Gamified Activation (ProFood ProPack)

For the ProFood ProPack exhibition, the technical development of a gamified digital map and interactive web application for Maliban’s 5-stall activation, successfully replacing traditional event activities with a highly engaging digital experience. A core part of this project involved programming five distinct, brand-specific mini-games that leveraged native device hardware, such as gyroscope motion controls alongside diverse mechanics like timing challenges, trivia, and memory matching. To prioritize user experience and ensure the platform was highly accessible to the general public, I integrated a seamless Sinhala language toggle that effectively removed language barriers. Furthermore, the system was built to handle robust data and analytics; over the three-day event, it seamlessly managed real-time user flows and dynamic raffle entries, capturing 521 registrations and achieving an impressive 44% full-completion rate with 231 attendees successfully finishing all five games.
